Chris holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting, and a bachelor’s degree in investments, from the University of North Dakota.

He started his career in CBRE accounting, where he worked with institutional investors. In 2012, he transitioned to CBRE asset services where he managed the finances and operations for more than 1 million square feet of diverse assets, with a broad spectrum of investors.

In 2017, Chris was offered the opportunity to work with a well-respected market veteran, towards the creation of ISA. During this time he was responsible for the property management, asset management, leasing & negotiating, construction management, disaster recovery, and accounting, for approximately 1 million square feet of assets.
