Chris founded ISA Commercial Real Estate to bring corporate benchmark capabilities down to a more personal, client-focused scale.

He holds dual Bachelor’s degrees in Accounting and Investments from the University of North Dakota, establishing a strong financial foundation for all of his operational and management strategies. Chris began his career in accounting at CBRE, working alongside global institutional investors. In 2012, he transitioned to CBRE Asset Services, where he directly managed the finances and day-to-day operations for over 1 million square feet of diverse commercial assets.

In 2017, Chris partnered with Schadegg Commercial Real Estate to begin laying the groundwork for what would eventually become ISA. Throughout this chapter of his career, he was responsible for property and asset management, lease negotiations, construction management, disaster recovery, and asset disposition.

With millions of square feet managed and successfully sold, ISA was launched in 2022 to offer clients a sophisticated but highly accessible real estate partner—one focused on straightforward communication, meticulous detail, and the long-term health of their investments.
